This role is open to Houston, TX and Palo Alto, California in addition to Austin, Texas. We are seeking a Sustaining Product Manager to own and evolve a portfolio of hardware and software products used by millions of enterprise and SMB customers worldwide.

    • Drive cost reductions and margin improvements
    • Manage component changes, shortages, and risk mitigation
  • Maintain product profitability targets without compromising customer experience
  • Act as the central communication point for product health and sustaining priorities
  • Provide clear updates to leadership on risks, status, and recommended actions
