You will be the Subcontract Manager for the Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense team. Our team drives the Evolutionary Development effort for Lockheed Martin's critical Air and Missile Defense programs, partnering directly with program managers, engineers, supplier quality, and subcontractor leadership to secure producible, cost-effective solutions early in the design cycle.
What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all subcontract activities that support a major corporate-focus development effort. You'll serve as the primary liaison between Lockheed Martin and our lower-tier suppliers, ensuring contracts are executed flawlessly, risks are mitigated, and delivery schedules are met.
