Regional Property Manager Affordable Housing (Columbus, OH)

What You'll Do
- Oversee financial and operational performance across a portfolio of communities
- Lead, coach, and develop community managers and site teams
- Manage budgets, occupancy, rent collections, and expense control
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards and LIHTC regulations
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Accounting, Compliance, Maintenance) to drive performance
- Support hiring, training, and onboarding of site-level staff
- Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and local housing authorities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of property management experience, including multi-site leadership
- Located in Columbus, OH or within a 1-to-2-hour drive
- Prior experience as a regional property manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing (LIHTC / Section 42) and fair housing regulations
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and team leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi (preferred)
- Valid driver's license required
