Purpose The role is a senior operational leadership position responsible for the end to end delivery of U.S. Domestic and International Equities and Fixed Income settlement activities. The incumbent plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely settlement of a broad range of securities products across multiple business lines, while advancing strategic initiatives, strengthening the control environment, and supporting business growth. The position contributes directly to the firm's ability to operate at scale across global markets by aligning day to day execution with regulatory expectations, internal risk appetite, and evolving client and business needs. The role operates at the intersection of Operations, Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Front Office partners, with accountability for both operational performance and people leadership.
