Manager For Fitness Facility

PrideStaff is currently seeking a Manager for a fitness facility located in Corona, CA. This is a direct hire position. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

• Salary: $180,000 to $200,000
• Shift: Hours to be determined - must be flexible to work weekends and late hours

Core Duties

• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and manage fitness trainers, front desk staff, and maintenance crews.
• Sales & Marketing: Drive new membership sales, manage renewals, and execute local marketing campaigns to hit revenue goals.
• Operations & Safety: Oversee facility cleanliness, schedule equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
• Financial Management: Manage the club's budget, handle payroll, track monthly profits, and control operational expenses.
• Member Relations: Resolve customer complaints, gather feedback, and maintain high member retention rates.

Key Skills

• Business Acumen: Understanding profit and loss statements, budget forecasting, and sales strategies.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate a diverse team of trainers and sales staff.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to build a positive community environment.
• Organization: Managing multiple shifting priorities from maintenance emergencies to sales deadlines.

Common Requirements

• Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or Kinesiology is highly preferred.
• Experience: 25 years of management experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, or fitness environments.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 Per Year
