As an Associate Director,you'lltakealead role in strengthening our relationships with clients andprovidingseamless guidance in the completion of engagements.You'llpartner with ourstrategicclients tomanage risk associated with their use of technology. You'lldevelop strategies tosolve complex business problems using new ways of thinking,and devisesolutions to support your clients' needs through analytics,automationor the latest tools and methods.

You’lldevelop new projects,helpidentifynewbusiness,and build lasting relationshipswith clients and within the communityas you serveas an ambassador of Protiviti in themarket.You will also be a mentor and providegrowth anddevelopmentto teams as you overseethe successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your TalentsInclude the Following?

• Demonstratedexperience with:

• Leading teams in implementingIT audit methodologies and developing necessary audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.

• Commonly used internal control frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27001,ISO 42001,NIST CSF,NIST AI RMF,CIS, ITIL,CMMC,etc.

• Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance, in particular the technology implications and requirements.

• A passion for:

• The latest trends and developments in data and technology, including high-growth topics of cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, analytics,enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.),data resilience,agilesystem development methodologies,etc.

• Analytics and technology enablement (automation, AI/MLetc.).

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,includingwithsenior executives.

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunitiesandidentifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

• Ability to translateand communicatetechnology topics and audit issuestoclient personnel, including executives.

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline(e.g.,Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, orbusiness-relatedfield).

• 9+ years working intechnologyaudit, consulting, assurance services, riskandcontrol programs, or relatedfield, either in professional services orindustry.

• ProficiencyinMicrosoft O365.

• ProficiencyinPowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python,AI/ML,oranalytics toolspreferred.

• Professional Certification such asCISA,AAIA,CISM, CISSP,CIA, CRMA,or similarstrongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvariesby client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$135,000.00 - $229,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$156,600.00 - $265,640.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
