Director of Product Management

A company is looking for a Director, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities :

Define product strategy and recommend features, games, and experiences to pursue

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior to identify opportunities

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and engineering teams

Required Qualifications :

4+ years in product strategy or product management with a focus on F2P / live-service gaming

Proven success in scaling, monetizing, and optimizing free-to-play games

Strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL, BI tools, and Excel / Sheets

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with A / B testing and applying results to live products
