  • Job Description : * *Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload truck driver - 48 states* *Average pay : * $1,115-$1,360 weekly *Home time : * Monthly *Experience : * All CDL holders Overview * Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. * Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time. * Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. * 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight. * Drive within all 48 states. Pay and bonus potential * Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving * New Productivity Incentive : Earn up to an additional $.06 per mile based on weekly miles. * Earn at least $850 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. * Weekly performance pay. * $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. * $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. * Paid orientation. * Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. * Annual bonus : Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications * Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). * Live within 100 miles of Salt Lake City, UT. * HazMat endorsement preferred. * Passport, FAST card or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.
