Responsibilities Handling reservations and room assignments Processing payments and balancing cash/credit transactions Running the hotel’s nightly financial audit Reconciling guest folios and room charges Preparing daily financial and occupancy reports Answering guest questions and resolving complaints Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance overnight Maintaining lobby cleanliness and security awareness Closing out the hotel’s business day in the property management system (PMS) Preparing transportation logs Breakfast setup Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred Basic accounting/math skills Computer proficiency Ability to work independently overnight Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliability Hospitality/customer care Ability to stay calm under pressure Professionalism with guest information and payments #J-18808-Ljbffr
