The posted compensation range of $54.19 - $88.54 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards. Every day you will optimize scheduling, resources, and workflow, while developing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment. To succeed, you need strong leadership, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to drive quality and compliance for superior patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

Required

• Bachelors Other or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree., upon hire and
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field. and
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire or
• Respiratory Care Practitioner: CA, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire

Preferred

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, upon hire or
• Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography, upon hire and

Serving nearly 100,000 patients annually, the hospital offers a full complement of services including heart care, maternity care, and orthopedics.
