Remote | User Research Feedback Evaluation Consultant —$70–$110/hour

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for user research and customer feedback professionals experienced in reviewing research documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, interview summaries, survey readouts, feedback synthesis materials, customer insight reports, and presentation-ready research artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on user research artifact review, customer feedback synthesis evaluation, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: User & Customer Research Artifact Review Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving user research, customer research, interview summaries, survey findings, usability studies, customer feedback, and insight reports Review research materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance Assess whether findings are supported by appropriate evidence, methodology, participant input, and business context Identify weak synthesis, unsupported conclusions, unclear methodology, missing nuance, or poor linkage between research findings and recommendations Feedback Synthesis & Insight Evaluation Review materials involving thematic analysis, coding summaries, user pain points, customer needs, personas, journey maps, opportunity areas, and product recommendations Assess whether customer feedback is synthesized accurately and represented fairly Evaluate research readouts, insight decks, survey summaries, feedback matrices, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability Provide clear written feedback that improves research quality and artifact usefulness Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in user research, UX research, customer research, customer insights, feedback synthesis, market research, product research, usability research, or related work Native or professional fluency in English High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment Educational Background Academic backgrounds in psychology, human-computer interaction, design research, market research, sociology, anthropology, communications, business, statistics, or related fields may be relevant Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable Professional training in UX research, customer research, research methods, survey design, usability testing, or insight synthesis may also be relevant depending on project scope Nice to Have Master's degree or higher in a relevant field Experience creating or reviewing research readouts, interview summaries, survey reports, customer feedback analyses, usability testing reports, personas, journey maps, or executive insight decks Familiarity with Dovetail, UserTesting, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, or comparable research tools Experience reviewing presentation decks for clarity, polish, and business-facing communication quality Strong ability to evaluate both research substance and visual/presentation quality Why This Opportunity Apply user research and customer feedback synthesis expertise to structured remote evaluation work Review high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across user insights, customer research, and feedback synthesis topics Contribute to accurate, rigorous, and professionally presented research materials Use your research judgment and communication skills to improve artifact quality Remote structure with competitive hourly compensation Contract Details Independent contractor role Fully remote with flexible scheduling Eligible professionals may be based in approved project locations depending on project needs Project commitment may vary depending on availability and scope Competitive rates between $70–$110 per hour depending on expertise and project scope Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise Projects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performance Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution About the Platform This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
