Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Marketing & Communications Leader to define and execute messaging strategy for a high-impact client engagement. This role will oversee a global, distributed team driving customer experience, digital engagement, and marketing communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is equally adept at crafting compelling narratives and guiding execution in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment. This leader will shape and deliver integrated campaigns, messaging frameworks, creative assets, websites, design systems, and communications spanning customer, stakeholder, and internal communications. They will help grow our West Coast marketing practice while ensuring world-class delivery tailored to the complexities of a regulated and rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, creative leadership, or customer experience roles.

Proven track record leading messaging and creative strategy for complex, regulated, or global organizations.

Experience managing large global teams in distributed, hybrid, or offshore / onshore models.

Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on direction.

Expertise across campaign development, messaging frameworks, digital / UX design, branding, social media, and media activation.

Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into compelling communications.

Passion for mentoring and developing marketing talent.

Curiosity and / or experience in AI-driven marketing and creative technology.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field; advanced degree a plus.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
