Position Overview Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector invites a Security Coordinator – Level 4 to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA. This 100% onsite role supports a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment and serves as a key liaison for classified materials, media control, and secure meetings. Responsibilities Support a fast‑paced high‑profile environment Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers Meticulous record‑keeping and accurate data input into multiple databases and spreadsheets Support Classified Material Services functions, including document control Process incoming and outgoing classified shipments and transfers Process security information and data for employment records, security clearances, and visitor control Conduct Media Control, Accountability, and Destruction for classified programs Manage secure conference room reservations, order supplies, and provide security support for meetings Support VIP tours Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Must be able to lift 30 lbs Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 years of additional education and/or related experience Active U.S. Government Top‑Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval Highly organized with strong time‑management skills Experience with computer and desktop Microsoft Office software products (Word, Excel, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience with databases such as SIMS, JPAS/DISS Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, and other customer documentation Self‑starter with minimal supervision Displays tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas Thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Excellent communication, speaking, writing, and organizational skills enabling effective communication Relocation assistance: No relocation assistance available.
