Project Manager
Manage full life-cycle delivery of commercial construction projects. Oversee budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance. Lead client communication and stakeholder coordination. Ensure project safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with site teams and leadership on delivery strategy.

A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years' PM experience with a general contractor. Stable career history (2-3+ years per role). Strong communication and client-facing skills. Comfortable splitting time (approx. 50/50 office/site). Tech-capable; exposure to project systems (e.g., Viewpoint preferred).
Annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to USD 120,000. Discretionary bonus + vehicle allowance. Healthcare, 401(k), and 2-3 weeks PTO. Long-term progression with internal promotions.
