Project Manager Aerospace Programs

This position offers the opportunity to lead change and configuration management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic project goals and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage change and configuration management processes, ensuring alignment with project plans and compliance with organizational standards.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of project life cycles, including planning, organizing, staffing, execution, and control, to drive project success.
• Utilize advanced project management methodologies and tools to support integrated decision-making across cost, schedule, and quality dimensions.
• Conduct detailed project performance analyses, including earned value management (EVM), variance analysis, and trend forecasting.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Formulate and recommend corrective actions, including adjustments to schedules, resources, and budgets, to maintain project alignment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution across all phases of the project.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
