The ideal candidate will be eager to learn the financial services ropes needed for effective wealth management to help our clients achieve their monetary goals. Successful financial planning is rooted in excellent communication, superb math and analytical skills, and smart decision‑making. Responsibilities Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals. Embrace the role of a structured yet coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team members. Look for, identify, and secure new clients to serve as a trusted advisor for crucial financial decisions. Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management. Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs. No Door‑To‑Door or Cold Calling! (Our World‑Class Training will establish 17 ways in which we target the market in our local communities.) Spend time in the fact‑finding analysis with existing clients and new prospects while assessing their goals and objectives to create tailored wealth accumulation and risk‑management strategies that align with clients’ risk profiles. Implement client‑specific strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing consumer portfolios comprised of loyal, long‑term clients. Review existing clients on an ongoing basis as their needs and priorities change over time. Qualifications Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 preferred but not required. Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or other related field (Four‑year college degree preferred; high‑school diploma required). Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools strongly preferred. Working knowledge of financial products and the financial industry is essential. Must live in the state of Colorado, Wyoming, or Nebraska. History of success. Licensing Support We sponsor our professionals in obtaining their Life, Accident Health Insurance Licenses as well as their SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and/or Series 7 Licenses. We pay for you to sit for the exam and for state licenses and provide the study materials at no cost, so there is no financial exposure on your part.
