Job descriptionModern facilities featuring advanced catheterization labs and minimally invasive technology. Collaborative care model with cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists, imaging specialists, and experienced nurses. Robust referral network and strong hospitalist support to ensure seamless patient management. Commitment to balance with generous time off and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) through our non-profit status. Research and education opportunities , including clinical trials and mentoring of trainees. Located in Waterloo / Cedar Falls IA, serving an 8-county area with approximately 280K residents. Up to 31 days off annually during the guaranteed salary period. Non-profit organization qualified for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). H-1B and J-1 accepted Residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in both Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.

About the Role
- Competitive Compensation : $690,162 guaranteed salary x 2 years + Production
- Generous Bonuses : $25K Signing, $25K Commencement, $25K after year 3, $25K after year 4, and $15K moving allowance.
- Comprehensive Benefits : Employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage, health / dental / vision insurance, retirement plans (403(b) with match & 457(b)), and CME allowance of $5,000 / year.
- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, and cardiac catheterization.
- Diagnose and manage complex cardiovascular conditions using advanced imaging and tools.
