Purpose And Objectives The Salesforce Partner Management GSI team powers growth with the world's largest Global Strategic Consulting Partners. We unlock new opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and drive adoption by bringing the full force of Salesforce's data and AI innovation to market. As a Partner Account Manager, you will co-lead the strategic growth of our flagship Accenture Alliance across Canada and the United Statesspanning every industry, cloud, and application. This role is about impact at scale : shaping joint strategy with C-suite leaders, driving differentiated go-to-market plays, and ensuring our partnership delivers measurable outcomes, faster innovation, and stronger client success.
Expectations And Tasks
Build executive relationships with Accenture Americas leadership and cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to drive joint success.
Design and scale AI-powered go-to-market plays across industries and portfolios, ensuring alignment, consistency, and measurable impact.
Shape and execute strategy : translate vision into actionable roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Leverage data and AI insights to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and reframe challenges into solutions.
Be a strategic storyteller : create compelling narratives that align executives, inspire teams, and influence decisions.
Operate as player and coach : roll up your sleeves on content and governance while mentoring and enabling others to succeed.

Key Responsibilities Include :
Joint Growth Strategy Partner with the AMER Lead and Global Accenture GM to design and refine a joint growth strategy focused on capacity and skills investments, co-selling initiatives, industry and cloud accelerators, and co-marketing programs. Drive execution through alignment, influence, and hands-on contributionrolling up your sleeves when needed.
Business Model & AI Expertise Demonstrate a deep understanding of Salesforce's evolving business model, the competitive landscape, and the transformative role of data and AI for Salesforce, our partners, and our customers.
Market Engagement Activate Accenture's sales plays, product innovations, marketing initiatives, and industry assets to engage target markets. Collaborate with Salesforce OU leadership, enablement, marketing, industry, and field sales teams to drive measurable impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration Foster alignment across internal and partner communities. Share best practices, successes, and lessons learned to scale initiatives. Partner effectively with Executives, Sales, Partner Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Operations teams.
Team Leadership Inspire and lead Partner Sales teams, Partner Account Managers, Partner Success Managers, Partner Marketing Managers, Chiefs of Staff, and other key stakeholders to achieve targets and exceed key success outcomes (KSOs).
Executive Communication Influence and engage executives with clarity and impact. Communicate with curiosity, challenge the status quo, and drive positive outcomes. Strong presentation skillsincluding storytelling, Google Slides, and data visualizationare essential.
Business Reviews & Governance Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) at the AMER and OU levels. Establish governance and interaction models aligned with the FY27 operating framework, ensuring seamless collaboration with OU Alliance teams and leadership.
Reporting & Analytics Define and manage reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring insights are actionable and data-driven. Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Tableau dashboards is highly valued.
Escalation Management Proactively identify, navigate, and resolve partner and internal escalations with speed and precision.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability Excel in high-ambiguity environments, using flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking to reframe and resolve complex challenges.

Strategic Partnership Leadership
510+ years driving impact in large-scale partner ecosystems, with a proven track record of building differentiated, high-value relationships at the C-suite level.
Revenue Growth & Market Impact
Demonstrated ability to deliver outsized revenue growth through innovative partnerships, co-selling strategies, and data / AI-driven go-to-market plays.
AI, Data & Product Expertise
5+ years of experience in Data, AI, and CRM solutions, with deep knowledge of market trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce innovations such as Agentforce360 and Data360.
Strong ability to translate technology into customer value propositions and industry-specific use cases.
Leadership & Team Building
Experienced in leading and inspiring high-performing, matrixed teams across sales, alliances, and product.
Committed to mentoring, developing talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Executive Influence & Stakeholder Management
Skilled at navigating complex, global stakeholder environments and influencing without authority in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
