Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m.
Summary
Oversees the operations and maintenance of the Children's Nutrition Research Center. Oversees maintenance, security, receiving and housekeeping. Liaison between customers, contractors and other BCM functions and departments. Coordinates and supports USDA and BCM projects.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Four years of relevant experience. Degrees in lieu of experience will not be accepted.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
BA or BS in Operations Management. Background and training in HVAC, Emergency Management Systems, plumbing, electrical, breathing air production, deionized water. Experience with laboratory and/or high-rise building safety and management.
