Shipping And Receiving Clerk
Location: Jonesboro, AR Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Day Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

Shipping & Receiving Requirements
- Previous shipping and receiving experience is required
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with computers and data entry
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Shipping & Receiving Job Duties
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Prepare shipping paperwork, bills of lading, and related documentation
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Provide outstanding customer service to drivers, customers, and visitors
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with scheduling shipments and coordinating deliveries
- File, organize, and maintain office records
- Support the office with general administrative duties as needed
