We are seeking an experienced and motivated Armed Security Major to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and management, with a proven track record of success.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing a team of armed security captains to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed to respond to security incidents
• Provide training and support to security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle their duties effectively
• Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities
• Assist in managing budgets and resources related to security operations
