Conserva of Greater Denver is looking for a self-starter, hardworking technician who wants to grow the business and their career. If you want to help Denver families and businesses grow healthy, lush, lawns, and landscapes that conserve natural resources, and perhaps eventually operate your own territory then enthusiastically apply.
The right ambitious candidate will have a great attitude, the ability to effectively communicate and consult with customers during each appointment, and Level Two irrigation skills and experience.
The technician will quickly jump into and ramp up winterization service calls. During the off season, this position will partner with the General Manager on sales and operational initiatives that will accelerate growth and implement good systems. We are looking for a contributor, a team member, not a laborer. This is a full-year, full-time position.

Level Two Technician Responsibilities
Educate clients about system enhancements and conservation
Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES sales process
Assess commercial irrigation systems through our proven CSA sales process
Back flow valve repairs
Valve and manifold repair and rebuilding
Installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers
Adding on to existing systems
Install Micro and drip irrigation installation and enhancements
Install a high-tech sensor and flow sensing installation
Winterizations
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalency
3+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and proficiency required
Must be 21 years of age to apply
Colorado Driver's license and clean driving record
Results-oriented
Motivation to earn production bonuses
Able to work occasional overtime and Saturdays, during high season
Great attitude with a desire for growth
Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Non-smoking candidates only
Background check, work authorization and drug testing required
