About the Role The company is in search of a Vice President for Data Center Operations, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in enterprise-scale operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance, discipline, and daily execution of a national portfolio of mission‑critical multi‑tenant and wholesale data centers. This includes overseeing a large team and ensuring the operational heartbeat of the portfolio is in line with the company’s standards for uptime, safety, and customer confidence. The role requires a leader with deep command of MEP systems, critical power and cooling infrastructure, and a relentless commitment to operational excellence. The Vice President will also be tasked with driving a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement, as well as building and developing a high‑performing operations leadership team. Qualifications Applicants should have a minimum of ten years’ progressive leadership experience in mission‑critical operations or similarly complex environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MEP systems and a proven ability to lead multi‑site operations teams. Key Responsibilities Enterprise data center operations leadership; critical facility, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing leadership; safety, security, and risk management. The role demands a leader who can operate at a meaningful scale, influence enterprise performance, and shape a critical leadership team. The candidate should be adept at translating enterprise standards into high‑quality execution and be prepared to be evaluated on their ability to build strong partnerships and create a high‑confidence operating environment that can scale with the business.
