As a Management Trainee at MHC, you'll be immersed in a comprehensive 7-month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance necessary to excel in a management role. This isn't your typical entry-level role you'll have the chance to work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including Parts, Service, Leasing, Management, and more!

Opening for business without a Parts or Service department and only three employees in a temporary facility. From there, the company grew and expanded.
