About the Role

We are seeking a Supervisor, Logistics Warehouse to join our team at our Santa Ana, CA bakery. As a Supervisor, Logistics Warehouse, you will be accountable for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes while supporting production and distribution performance.

Hours: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Weekend Availability: Required

Compensation

Salary Range: $70,304 - $90,332

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Lead warehouse operations during assigned shifts to achieve daily productivity and service goals
• Supervise and support shipping and receiving teams to ensure efficient workflows
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, FIFO, and system accuracy
• Coordinate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records within SAP or WMS systems
• Train team members and promote continuous improvement in warehouse operations

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED
• 12 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food distribution or manufacturing in a leadership capacity
• Previous experience operating sit-down and high-reach forklifts
• Ability to lift 2050 lbs. repeatedly and perform manual material handling
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse management systems
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Experience in a regulated or food-manufacturing warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory scanning processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to support multiple warehouse functions as needed
