Responsibilities Implement Sysmex instruments, middleware, and reagents into customer sites and laboratories, managing the entire integration process from planning to go‑live. Provide on‑site instrument and middleware training to customers, ensuring they achieve regulatory and validation requirements. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve reagent, middleware, or instrument performance issues to improve customer self‑sufficiency. Develop and conduct training programs, workshops, and onsite sessions for customers and Technical Services. Manage time, territory, and accounts effectively, documenting activities and identifying process improvements to support sales objectives and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary technical consultant for existing and new customers, supporting pre‑sale technical presentations, demos, and trade show activities. Communicate product issues, complaints, and potential improvements to management and functional groups. Maintain and manage company assets and expenses within company guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. Travel Percentage: Requires extensive travel, up to 80% , on short notice. Preferred Location: Seattle, WA Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience, or an Associate’s degree and Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician degree with 10+ years of relevant hematology industry experience (including military experience). Active ASCP or CLS certification required. Supervisory experience highly desirable. Experience with LIS, HIS, or workflow automation preferred. Working knowledge and solid CLIA/COLA experience required. Strong hematology experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Professional conduct and strong interpersonal skills required; position involves extensive customer interaction. Strong presentation and persuasive skills highly desirable. Ability to analyze, solve, and evaluate technical/IT data and present findings in a clear, persuasive manner. Ability to execute complex single and multisite integration activities, maintaining project momentum and managing issues. Ability to solve complex technical, rules and workflow concerns independently and collaboratively. This job requires satisfaction of the credentialing requirements of Sysmex's customers, including proof of current vaccinations for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and COVID‑19. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $60,200 – $100,100, depending on location and experience. Compensation includes a health care plan (medical, vision, dental), an annual incentive bonus, paid time off, parental leave, bereavement leave, and a 401(K) for eligible employees. Physical Requirements Physical Risk: Regular exposure to risk that may require alertness, but with minimal precautions. Light physical effort. Routine handling of objects up to 20 pounds; prolonged sitting, standing, or keyboard work. May involve periods of moderate discomfort due to noise, dust, lighting, and/or other conditions.
