Job Overview A law firm seeks an International Tax Associate in Washington, DC. This position offers the opportunity to engage in complex, multi-jurisdictional tax matters within a collaborative environment. Duties Support clients on international structuring and cross-border transactional planning. Manage large, multi-country projects and coordinate with global teams. Advise on U.S. and international tax technical issues. Engage in meaningful client responsibilities early in your career. Requirements 3-6 years of international tax experience. Strong technical excellence and practical judgment. Ability to manage sophisticated workstreams. Knowledge in U.S. and global international tax rules, income tax treaties, and transfer pricing documentation. Education: JD degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admitted to practice in the state of office location. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
