Overwatch is seeking a Sr. Manager Accounting to join our growing finance organization, reporting to the VP of Accounting. This is a hands-on, generalist role suited to a builder who thrives in a small, fast-moving team someone equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves during close and leading/mentoring staff. You will own core accounting operations across our business units while helping design the processes, controls, and systems Overwatch needs as it scales.
We are specifically looking for candidates with public accounting experience (Big 4, national, or regional firm) who bring technical rigor, audit-readiness, and a strong controls mindset to a growing private company environment.
