Responsibilities: Provide clinical individuals, couples, family, and group therapy via Telehealth technology. Support confidentiality of client records and treatment information. Deliver holistic, evidence-based therapy to clients. Assess clients' needs through interviews, observations, and collaboration with other staff. Develop and implement treatment plans based on diagnostic assessments. Serve as a client advocate, coordinating services and resolving crises. Conduct initial assessments and refer clients to community resources or specialists as needed. Ensure prompt and correct documentation of all client interactions. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience providing diagnostic assessments and therapy services to individuals across the lifespan (youth through adulthood). Valid board-approved clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or working toward licensure (MSW). Active NPI number. Master’s degree in counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited university. Strong computer and technology skills (this is a 100% remote position). Ability to work independently and support professional ethical standards. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings as needed. Compensation: Mindfulness Behavioral Health Services LLC offers a revenue share model for Independent Contractors. Contractors receive a percentage of their direct service billable hours, paid bi-monthly upon receipt of payment for services. Requirements: Must have an active LCSW license/or have MSW working toward licensure. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Hold a master’s degree from an accredited university in the field of Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Have comprehensive liability insurance or the ability to obtain liability insurance. Must have strong computer and technology skills - This position is 100% remote. Computer skills are necessary.
