One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Program Manager located in Fort Worth, TX.
Manages/oversees all aspects of multiple simultaneous fast-paced assigned initiatives with distributed teams. With teams becoming more geographically dispersed, strong leadership and team-building skills are essential.
Leads IT initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
Develop and manages detailed project plans, manages project scope and sets milestones, manages budget, tracks project status
Ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Designs and maintains project vision, project working standards, and agreements
Identifies potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Manages issues and troubleshoot problems that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Tracks, updates, and communicates project status in a proactive manner as it relates to project progress, budget/cost, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, and risk mitigation plans
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
Ability to leverage data analytics for tracking project performance, optimizing processes, and making informed decisions that align with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
510+ years of experience in Project/Program Management for large-scale IT implementations
