About the Role
The Company is in search of an EVP, Head of YouTube and Social Platforms, Strategy & Operations to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive business strategy for its digital channels. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing first-party YouTube and other social channels to ensure robust engagement, 24/7 programming, and franchise support, all while maximizing revenue and marketing goals. This leadership role demands a seasoned media executive with over 15 years' experience, including a strong background in the YouTube ecosystem, and a proven track record in monetizing and scaling digital businesses. The EVP will be responsible for managing a complex operating model, driving audience growth, and overseeing channel management and monetization strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, franchise management, and corporate, is essential to unlock the full potential of the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape, experience in managing multi-channel digital businesses, and a strong network within the digital creator and brand partnership communities. They should be adept at data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage insights to drive performance and ensure the health of the digital channels. The role also involves fostering strong partnerships with legal, finance, and other teams to implement best business practices in channel management.
