The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services. This role drives clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance while supporting Sunrise's mission and care standards.
What You'll Do: * Lead and manage the nursing team and all care programs * Conduct resident assessments and oversee Individualized Service Plans (ISP) * Monitor changes in condition and coordinate with physicians and clinical partners * Oversee medication management and infection control programs * Serve as CLIA and Infection Control leader as applicable * Drive Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives * Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and nursing regulations * Recruit, hire, train and performance manage clinical team members * Manage staffing, scheduling and department budget * Partner with Sales to assess move-in appropriateness

93,808.00 - 129,584.00
