Compensation Range: $19.50 - $26.33
Responsibilities:
Assesses and develops training plans for the Patient Menu Assistant role. Trains new employees on job responsibilities, department policies and customer/patient service and monitors quality and quantity of work performed in the department. Responsible for trainees job knowledge progression through performance improvement processes requiring extensive knowledge and experience with policies, procedures, and practices of Strong Memorial Hospital and/or within specific division.
Qualifications: Associate's Degree in a healthcare field required. 6+ months of experience in the Patient Menu Assistant role required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in food service and/or health care setting preferred. Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and time management skills required.
