About The Role As an Accounting Consultant , you'll play a key role in supporting clients across industries, maintaining accurate financials, analyzing budgets, and helping businesses make smart decisions. Working under the guidance of a Senior Consultant, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and industries, all while collaborating with top-tier financial professionals. What You’ll Do Process accounts payable with accuracy and attention to detail Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial integrity Forecast short-term cash needs Enter monthly journal entries Support third-party audits and reviews Provide ad hoc financial analysis and insights Partner with team members and clients to meet and exceed deadlines What You’ll Have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Organizational/analytical skills Microsoft Excel familiarity Ability to perform account reconciliations Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Experience in various ERPs a plus (QBO, Intacct, Sage, NetSuite) Software Accounting experience a plus Positive attitude and team player Ability to multi-task, and prioritize “big ticket items” Confidence, ambition, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and in team environment Active listening and problem-solving skills Why You’ll Love Working With Us At 512Financial , you’ll join a collaborative, growth-focused consultancy where no two days look the same and your impact truly matters.
