About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Development in Multi-Family Construction and Redevelopment. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and closing large-scale deals, with a focus on growing the multi-family business line and expanding into other real estate asset classes. This role requires the ability to sell to C-level executives and asset managers, emphasizing ROI, cap-rate uplift, and portfolio value. The ideal candidate is a self-reliant, entrepreneurial individual with a hunter mentality, capable of operating independently and with a proven track record of success in a similar environment. They must be adept at combining relational selling with strong financial fluency, and be a problem-solver for owners and property managers.
