Sr. Strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Our hospital partner is seeking an experienced Sr. Strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting enterprise-wide recruitment initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies, building long-term talent pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to identify top healthcare talent.
The ideal candidate is a strategic search professional with deep expertise in healthcare sourcing, advanced Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement. This individual will also provide operational support and guidance across a team of seven Strategic Sourcers while helping drive sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates for critical healthcare positions.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
- Conduct strategic candidate searches utilizing Boolean search methodology, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, ATS databases, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers to understand business needs and create targeted talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide operational support and collaboration across a team of seven Strategic Sourcers to ensure alignment, consistency, and sourcing excellence.
- Generate market intelligence and talent insights to support workforce planning and recruitment decision-making.
- Source for high-demand healthcare roles, with an emphasis on Nursing, Imaging, Radiology, and other critical clinical specialties.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through strong communication, responsiveness, and customer service.
- Track and report sourcing activity, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes against established metrics and goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within the applicant tracking system and CRM platforms.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing or talent acquisition experience, preferably within healthcare or hospital environments.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill healthcare positions.
- Strong experience supporting Nursing, Imaging, Radiology, and other clinical recruitment initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency with Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, internet research, and sourcing technologies.
- Experience building long-term talent pipelines and nurturing candidate relationships over time.
- Strong client-facing skills with a consultative approach to stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred
- Experience working within a large health system, academic medical center, or hospital network.
- Knowledge of healthcare labor market trends and competitive talent landscapes.
- Experience mentoring or providing operational support to sourcing teams.
Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
