Essential Functions Prep of equipment Prep according to specification of order Clean Label with CTR stickers Complete QA form Attach delivery packet to paperwork Route product and paperwork Rehab after sale work Process requests as necessary Infield and in shop Warehouse – shop Manage warehouse and inventory Maintain a clean and organized work area, shop, warehouse, rear of building Clean and route incoming equipment Coordinate demo/loaner equipment for sales team as needed Be sure all packages match packing slips Process packing slips as specified Repair Perform in shop repairs as needed Backup field technicians as needed Repairs and maintains durable medical equipment according to manufacturer specifications Perform light assembly as needed General Be sure you and all in your department comply with the safety regulations as specified. Qualifications Two years’ experience in mechanical assembly and/or repair of mechanical or electronic devices Familiar with both hand and shop tools Detailed orientated Possess good people skills Ability effectively read maps Must have a valid driver’s license and have a driving record that meets company standards Strong interpersonal skills and problem resolution abilities. Strong ability to assess ability and capacity of staff. Lifting, bending pulling and pushing of equipment Ability to work in a high paced environment.
