Responsibilities Manage and deliver bookkeeping, accounting, compliance, and advisory services for multiple clients simultaneously. Apply and maintain strong technical accounting and tax knowledge to ensure exceptional service quality. Prepare complete and accurate workpapers for financial statements and business tax returns. Evaluate and analyze issues using available data, identifying when further inquiry or escalation is needed. Collaborate proactively with internal teams and client contacts to track progress, address questions, and move deliverables forward. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support client decision-making. Lead and improve internal processes or client workflows as assigned. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to make sound decisions. Highly organized with excellent time management. Proficient with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and common accounting technologies. Clear, concise communicator with excellent listening skills. Strong follow-through and task ownership. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Preferred Qualifications Education - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent education Certifications - None required.
