Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Labor and Employment Litigation Associate to join its expanding practice in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have five to seven years of relevant experience in California, defending employers in single plaintiff cases and wage & hour class and representative actions, including under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). Work on cases involving the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). Requirements Five to seven years of relevant experience in California. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Strong academic credentials. Active bar license in California. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active California Bar License. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
