What you will do Lead the end‑to‑end product strategy for the People Data Hub; you’ll take a broad view of both external, market‑leading data, analytics, and BI platforms and Capital One’s enterprise HR priorities to shape an inspiring multi‑year vision and roadmap. Lead a team of world‑class product managers and data experts who will continually raise the bar on what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoring. Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across business, technology, cyber, risk, and legal to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks. Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness. Influence senior leaders and internal customers to resolve roadblocks or resource constraints. Build trust and credibility through consistent delivery and effective management of complex dependencies. What we are looking for A customer‑first mindset with a knowledge and passion for data. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. At least 7 years of experience in consumer‑facing and/or B2B digital product management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering. MBA or Master’s degree. 5+ years of experience in Agile product management. 5+ years of experience in building BI/analytics tools and platforms. Experience building HR/talent software‑as‑a‑service.
