Civil Litigation Attorney in Orlando

Position Busy litigation and trial firm, located in downtown Orlando, seeking an independent, detailed, motivated and talented associate or of‑counsel attorney with 4‑10+ years of civil litigation experience (product liability experience preferred but not required). The candidate will take and defend depositions, argue hearings, and generally prepare cases for trial. Trial experience is a plus. Travel as required. Qualifications 4–10+ years of civil litigation experience. Product liability experience preferred. Excellent writing, strong work ethic, self‑starter and team player. Strong working knowledge of civil litigation and liability defense.
