The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our residential HVAC operation in Tallahassee. This position is responsible for the overall performance of the HVAC service and installation departments through leadership, coaching, sales development, operational excellence, and KPI management. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential HVAC, understands duct systems, has experience leading high-performing teams, and has worked within the Nexstar Network or similar performance‑driven environment.
