Job description
Requirements and Description We are seeking an experienced and dependable Operations Supervisor to lead daily airline and ground operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to manage teams efficiently while maintaining safety and service standards. Requirements Supervisory experience in airline, airport, or ground handling operations Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sabre System Experience in AW and BW operations Experience in baggage service operations Strong knowledge of TSA and FAA processes, procedures, and compliance regulations Solid understanding of ramp safety procedures and operational compliance Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word,etc Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities Strong communication and team management abilities Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Flexible availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, safety, and company procedures Support and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards Handle operational issues quickly and efficiently Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth passenger and baggage operations Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation Unifi is committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
