About the role:
This role supports two core functions for Logisnext National Accounts: Demo Fleet Management: Manage the demo fleet end-to-end, ensuring asset readiness, utilization, and alignment with demo and rental needs to support sales and customer satisfaction. Sales Project Management: Drive execution of RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, including coordination, margin analysis, and data tracking to improve bid quality, speed, and win rates.
What you will do:
- Manage Demo Fleet by asset tracking, inspections, and maintenance. Standardize demo procedures, ensure asset readiness, and optimize utilization across demos. Support all Demo and Rental needs by promptly locating, communicating availability, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely returns to the Owner. Close out all invoices associated with these Requests.
- Provides support to Logisnext National Accounts for all Requests For Information / Quotations / Proposals (RFl / RFQ / RFP), including managing the completion of all required data. Duties include downloading, organizing, and uploading related files & data to customer procurement websites. When required, prepares RFP deal analysis. Coordinate inputs across departments,
- Manages past bidding data by organizing, logging, and analyzing to identify trends and create reports to increase the success rate of winning bids.
- Continuous Process improvements with an eye for detail to identify gaps in current Trackers and Reports to allow for more transparency, visibility, and growth.
When & Where:
Standard 8-hour office hours, Monday - Friday. Hybrid, 3 days in the Office (required Tues, Wed, and Thurs) and 2 WFH. Some travel expected.
Qualifications
What you need to have:
- 2-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading demo or rental asset programs.
- Willingness to drive and troubleshoot Forklifts as required.
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, multi-project juggling, and deadline ownership.
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build strong internal/external relationships.
