We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning hospitality team and lead the floor night after night.

Duties & Essential Functions
(These are not all-inclusive.)
- Promote the core values and culture of Mercy Me / Unordinary Hospitality — including, but not limited to, excellence in food and beverage, service, and hospitality.
- Lead the floor during service, ensuring a seamless, high-energy guest experience across the dining room, bar, and lounge.
- Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the day-to-day execution of all steps of service, policies, and procedures.
- Train, schedule, and delegate work assignments to servers, bartenders, barbacks, server assistants, runners, hosts, and reservationists — in line with our standards for hospitality and excellence, in coordination with the FOH management team.
- Run pre-shift line-ups, communicating daily priorities, menu and beverage updates, VIP notes, and service focus.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring the space is service-ready and properly closed each day.
- Monitor floor flow, table turns, and guest pacing to optimize both the guest experience and revenue.
- Provide and oversee service for VIP guests while on property.
- Build positive guest relationships and proactively address customer service needs.
- Take ownership of daily guest reviews; follow up internally and reach out directly to guests within a 48-hour window.
- Support ongoing service education and training initiatives across all departments.
- Appraise staff performance and provide in-the-moment feedback to improve productivity and service quality.
- Oversee the room environment — including, but not limited to, music, lighting, and temperature.
- Hold staff accountable to restaurant policies, procedures, service standards, and steps of service.
- Maintain the physical facilities within the restaurant space.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred (1–2 years)
- Knowledge of POS (point-of-sale) systems
- Ability to lift heavy boxes
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods across multiple floors
- Comfortable with occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates
- Fluent in written and spoken English
