Location: Santa Fe, NM
Agency: Seven Healthcare
Pay: $2,049 per week
Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours
Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $2,049.12 per week

Shifts: Nights 7PM - 7AM

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Critical Care for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role involves coordinating and implementing patient care specific to critical care patients. Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care
  • Obtain and record initial assessments based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
  • Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
  • Develop and implement a measurable individualized plan of care within Nursing Standards of Care
  • Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on evaluations of patient outcomes
  • Participate in patient and significant other health education and discharge planning
  • Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs
  • Evaluate the plan of care and perform Point of Care testing procedures

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care
  • Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing
  • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
  • BLS, ACLS, and TNCC Certification required
  • Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the age/type of patient population served
  • Communications skills appropriate to the developmental age of the patient
