Job Summary Provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to adolescent and/or adult psychiatric patient population and their families, spouses, or significant others. Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team supporting the organization’s treatment program and philosophy, and ensure the delivery of quality treatment to psychiatric patients and their families. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain effective working relationships with NARC, Admissions, the Business Office, Physicians, and Nursing staff. Conduct psychosocial assessments to document history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and their family members. Provide group and family process‑oriented therapies as well as conduct educational and other didactic groups for patients and family members using various professional treatment modalities.
