Job description

The Bronze Owl is an elevated cocktail lounge and social destination in the heart of New York City, offering craft cocktails, curated experiences, live events, and high-energy nightlife. We are looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Cocktail Servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional hospitality and attentive service to guests
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and menu offerings
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections
  • Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately
  • Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with opening and closing side work
  • Uphold company standards of hospitality and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Previous cocktail server or upscale dining experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and wine is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
  • NYC Food Handler's Certificate is a plus
