As a Territory Executive in Urology at Boston Scientific, you'll play a vital role in delivering innovative treatments for kidney stone management, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and other urological visualization therapies. In this role, you'll drive sales revenue beyond divisional goals while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities aligned with our strategic vision. You'll collaborate across teams, maintain clinical expertise, and stay informed on products, programs, and market dynamics. Your ability to navigate both hospital and office-based settings with confidence and creativity will be key to overcoming challenges and delivering results.

The anticipated annualized base amount for this full time position will be $121,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
