The Chatham Group , a leading technical recruiting organization in the Specialty chemicals, Regulatory, Stewardship and Energy sectors, is pleased to express a key search for a Product Stewardship Leader in a World Class Technology and R&D company in the additives space, serving industry and consumer products. This high visibility Stewardship lead role involves leading both internal and external Stewardship & Regulatory activities for all facets of the manufacturing business, including finished goods, raw materials, and new product development details; serving as the primary product stewardship contact for multiple specialty chemicals lines .

Position Summary : Product Stewardship & Regulatory Compliance involves understanding, controlling, and communicating a product's environmental, health, and safety effects throughout its lifecycle—from development through manufacture to final disposal. This role supports the company's global operations, with a primary focus on chemical regulatory compliance in the Americas and Latin America, and additional support for EU and AP regions.

Key functions of the position :

• Maintain chemical regulatory compliance in the Americas (Canada, USA, Mexico, Latin America).
• Complete regulatory reporting (e.g., US TSCA, CEPA, emerging Latin American schemes).
• Monitor and communicate regional regulatory developments.
• Conduct impact analyses of regulatory changes and develop compliance strategies.
• Support manufacturing plants and respond to customer regulatory inquiries.
• Develop SOPs and implement best practices for compliance.
• Advocate for regulatory compliance and deliver internal training.
• Provide technical input for regulatory assessments of new product developments.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to resolve regulatory issues.
